A manufacturing test line for robotics teams

Production workflows.
Changing conditions.

We’re building a configurable physical manufacturing test line: real equipment and connected tasks, with an agent managing the experiments.

A place for robotics teams to test whether their systems can handle a production workflow under changing conditions. The agent requests a supported change, the line runs, and every outcome is recorded.

An agent changes one condition. The line runs again. Every outcome is recorded.

Rendered concept. Not an operating facility or measured results.

The first line: feed → assemble → inspect → route

01Feed parts

Parts enter the line from a feeder. Between runs the agent can change part placement, orientation, or spacing.

Outcome: where each part arrived, and whether the workflow stopped here.

02Assemble

A robot assembles a component onto the part. Conveyor speed and lighting can change while the task definition stays fixed.

Outcome: completed assembly or not, and cycle time.

03Inspect

A camera station checks the assembled part against fixed criteria, under whatever conditions were set.

Outcome: the inspection result, with the evidence that produced it.

04Route to pass or rework

Parts that pass continue. Parts that fail are diverted to rework, and the run is logged against its conditions.

Outcome: pass and rework counts per condition, and where the workflow stopped.
